Tatiana is patient and quietly persistent. Our finances are exceedingly nonstandard-- our income comes at irregular intervals and we had an insurance claim resulting in large sums of unexplained money appearing in our record. But every time something came up, Tatiana calmly called and told us the situation and what was needed to resolve it.
